Pippin's Question Box
What are some similarities and differences between shampoo, conditioner, and soap? OR What are some good ways to calm nerves- stage fright, before exams, etc.?
Note: This is the last everyday life themed question (until further notice...)
I think that there are a lot of ways to calm your nerves, especially before exams, before a performance, or basically when you are going to do something big. First, if you're a musical person, then you can listen to some soothing music to calm yourself down. You can also take a short walk around your neighborhood, or something. (which is good especially during the summer when its warm) Also, most importantly, like they say before NJASK, get A LOT of sleep/rest. If you don't rest, then you won't have enough energy to do what you need and relaxation is very important. Finally, you can count to ten/meditate to focus/concentrate. I got my information from:
